300 mm/Hg is applied on Dialysate side for 30 sec and as per standard pressure leak should be less than 10% in Low and Middle Flux and 12% in High Flux. Software automatically applies appropriate setting for dialyzer depends on dialyzer selected. If the dialyzers membrane is ruptured badly it will be detected in first minute of process saving a time and sterilant.Volume Test :-
