Dialyzer Reprocessing System
Dialyzer reprocessing systems are crucial in contemporary dialysis treatment, enhancing both cost efficiency and patient safety. These systems are essential for the safe cleaning and reuse of dialyzers, which filter waste and excess fluid from the blood of patients with kidney failure. They not only promote cost savings and sustainability in healthcare but also uphold high standards of patient safety and treatment effectiveness. As more people need dialysis services, the importance of effective reprocessing systems is set to increase, highlighting the need for ongoing improvements and adherence to best practices in the field.

Pressure Text :-
300 mm/Hg is applied on Dialysate side for 30 sec and as per standard pressure leak should be less than 10% in Low and Middle Flux and 12% in High Flux. Software automatically applies appropriate setting for dialyzer depends on dialyzer selected. If the dialyzers membrane is ruptured badly it will be detected in first minute of process saving a time and sterilant.Volume Test :-
(TBV Test) : Automatically set the 80% of the original dialyzer priming VolumeSterilant
